US industrial distributor and repair supplier OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered supplier of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum systems and compressors.

ePumps can be a full-service supplier of all kinds of rotating tools, with in-house and subject service capabilities. The firm has three places serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle area and a staff of 28 employees.
The acquired enterprise will function under OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, stated: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with additional territory coverage, top product traces and adding extra service capabilities to this area. We are very desperate to convey them into the OTC portfolio.”
