US industrial distributor and repair provider OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum techniques and compressors.

ePumps can be a full-service provider of all kinds of rotating tools, with in-house and field service capabilities. The company has three locations serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle space and a group of 28 employees.
The acquired business will function underneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, said: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with further territory protection, high product strains and adding extra service capabilities to this space. We are very wanting to convey them into the OTC portfolio.”
