Atlas Copco has agreed to acquire National Vacuum Equipment Inc, a US producer of commercial vacuum pumps and packages for cell use on tanker vans.
Headquartered in Traverse City, Michigan, National Vacuum Equipment employs around one hundred individuals.
“The acquisition will add to our vacuum solutions portfolio, allowing us to enter the presently untapped cell vacuum market,’’ mentioned Geert Follens, Atlas Copco‘s Business Area President Vacuum Technique.
