Wilo has made two wastewater therapy acquisitions in Germany: FSM Frankenberger GmbH & Co KG in Pohlheim and WSM Walower Stahl- und Maschinenbau GmbH in Walow.

Both companies specialize in applied sciences for mechanical cleansing and remedy of wastewater.

The two companies might be built-in into Wilo’s Water Treatment Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
However, FSM Frankenberger and WSM Walower remain impartial and will proceed to be run by local managers.
