In these contemporary times in which we live in, it is very common to confuse reality with thought, facts with theory, and health with confirmation. Here we are, in the era of abundance, having everything we are able to ever imagine at the grasp of our finger tips, computer science has sky-rocketed allowing us access to endless amounts of information, anytime tretinoin gel, any moment. Today?s norm would be to grab a snack, or drive through some burger joint to stuff our bellies so we are able to can get on with work, therefore gradually, from the dawn of the industrial age, these products have come to replace what mother earth has given us, and what life itself is based on, as food.
Real food, which is basically vegetables and fruit, nutrition wise at least (as many would argue on the taste factor), may be the foundation of any nutritious diet, not because it is so important and healthy to eat a sensible diet with vegetables in it, but simply since it is food. The rest is not food. It may be hard to grasp in the beginning, peeping through the little crack that all of us have in our definitions of what food is, and seeing the truth behind the screen of illusion.
Health, true health, can’t be achieved and maintained in any other way. But what is health? I dare you! Try to define it for yourselves. Go ahead, take a minute, even 5, and really try and write down a definition you would feel at ease with for the vague and illusive idea of health.

Wellness and health play an enormous and important part in my own life, my actions, my thoughts, and my schedule. I am presently leading twelve fitness classes a week that change from step aerobics, balance and core work on the large stability ball, weight lifting, modified yoga and many classes that concentrate on functionality.
