Following its bulletins of 5 May 2021 updating the New Industrial Strategy proposed in 2020, the European Commission has further indicated that it is going to rely fairly heavily on trade to deliver on the main challenges confronted by our economies and societies in Europe. เกจวัดแก๊ส is particularly the case in relation to sustainability, digital transformation, and global competitiveness, as nicely as the necessity to overcome the disaster provoked by the Covid-19 pandemic. เพรสเชอร์เกจ and Resilience Plan launched in Spring 2021 is basically constructing on the potential of European industry to design and produce the constructing blocks of the twin green and digital transition. At the identical time, the EU is shaping a dense regulatory framework that doesn’t all the time support the freedom and flexibility needed for corporations to develop and compete globally.
The European know-how industries, and particularly our pumps, compressors, taps and valves sectors, have for a very lengthy time thought of the enhancement of their international competitiveness within the challenges of societal and environmental challenges, notably by contributing to the preparation of power effectivity and ecolabel rules. In parallel, digitalisation has offered increased alternatives and brought new challenges, together with debates on the appropriate regulatory degree (sharing of commercial data, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, etc).
These developments, amidst ever more fierce international competitors, require that public authorities and industry in the EU work more and more extra closely to design and deploy methods that reinforce our competitiveness and our contribution to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This will be the topic of the initial debate kicking off our Joint EU Policy Conference, which will convey together key coverage makers from the three EU policy establishments in control of the Industrial Strategy and three Executives representing and illustrating the achievements enjoyed, and challenges nonetheless confronted, by these three key sectors of industry.

In our particular enviornment, that relates, of course, to the manufacture, distribution and use of pumps and all pump associated equipment – a huge and essential subset of trade, given the width and breadth of pump purposes.
Against this backdrop, one of the major considerations when figuring out the core themes for the joint conference was to hold up a direct reference to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs). Within this focus, the three associations intend to highlight how, along with the importance for firms to deal with technical features impacting their daily enterprise operations, they contemplate the positive position of industry in addressing societal challenges. Indeed, all of the sessions may have a technical theme matching the most appropriate UN SDG, and with illustration from the European Commission along with technical specialists from trade and/or analysis institutes, they’ll every be reflective of the present legislative terrain, as it pertains to pumps and pumping techniques in the following key areas:
