Prosecutors will today determine whether to indict a police officer who fatally struck a pedestrian whereas riding a Ducati bike at velocity. Norawich Buadokw was off duty and driving the un-licenced superbike when he hit Bangkok ophthalmologist Dr Waraluck Supawatjariyakul on a pedestrian crossing. The incident occurred on Phaya Thai Road in the Ratchathewi district of the capital on January 21.
Norawich has been charged with the demise of Dr Waraluck and later at present, prosecutors will maintain a press convention to announce their choice on whether he will stand trial. The Bangkok Post reviews that the police officer’s attendance is required on the briefing.
