Man City Legend Pablo Zabaleta and the Premier League Trophy go to Cityzens Giving Young Leaders in Mexico City to celebrate launch of expanded Xylem Water Heroes Academy

Mexico City, Mexico, September 22, 2022 – Manchester City’s global charity initiative, Cityzens Giving, and Official Water Technology Partner, Xylem, are delighted to announce the enlargement of Xylem Water Heroes Academy, a global initiative in ten cities utilizing the facility of soccer to sort out local water challenges.

In addition, City in the Community coaches delivered coaching to forty Young Leaders in Mexico City, sharing expertise and data in management, neighborhood soccer and WASH. This was followed by a three-day digital Summit, connecting Young Leaders and Xylem consultants from all ten cities to share concepts on tackling water challenges by way of football.
