Industrial Flow Solutions is shopping for Dreno Pompe, a designer and producer of electrical submersible pumps for wastewater functions, based in Monselice in northeastern Italy.

A portfolio firm of personal equity firm May River Capital, Industrial Flow Solutions specialises in pumping and fluid administration solutions for harsh, rugged environments. The company, which is headquartered in New Haven, Connecticut, USA, is home to BJM Pumps merchandise, Stancor pumps and controls, OverWatch direct in-line pump techniques and the Oil Minder pump and management answer, in addition to Scotland-based Clearwater Controls which it acquired last October.
Founded in 1990, Dreno Pompe designs and manufactures submersible pumps and mixers as well as equipment required for installation. Dreno Pompe’s pumps are utilized in residential, municipal and industrial purposes, including building and shipbuilding. The company’s Compatta and GRIX product strains are for home and residential wastewater needs while the Kappa line is a series of development pumps for abrasive materials.
