Industrial Flow Solutions is buying Dreno Pompe, a designer and manufacturer of electrical submersible pumps for wastewater purposes, based mostly in Monselice in northeastern Italy.

A portfolio firm of private equity firm May River Capital, Industrial Flow Solutions specialises in pumping and fluid administration solutions for harsh, rugged environments. The firm, which is headquartered in New Haven, Connecticut, USA, is home to BJM Pumps products, Stancor pumps and controls, OverWatch direct in-line pump techniques and the Oil Minder pump and control resolution, as well as Scotland-based Clearwater Controls which it acquired final October.
Founded in 1990, Dreno Pompe designs and manufactures submersible pumps and mixers in addition to accessories required for installation. Dreno Pompe’s pumps are utilized in residential, municipal and industrial applications, together with building and shipbuilding. The company’s Compatta and GRIX product lines are for domestic and residential wastewater wants while the Kappa line is a sequence of construction pumps for abrasive supplies.
