Enerpac has released its RP-70A hydraulic rail stressor and ZC3-Series battery powered stressing pump which supplies a cordless, lightweight, zero emission, rail stressor package for rail monitor thermite welding.
Traditional fully assembled rail pullers are too heavy for operators to comfortably transport and deploy safely and shortly. The Enerpac RP70A stressor uses modular parts that can be assembled and installed on site without the need for tools, making preparation for rail stressing easier and safer. Assembly usually takes less than two minutes.

The durable, simple meeting components, including Enerpac ZC3-Series pump and hose set, are up to three times lighter than similar tools. The full equipment may be transported in an optionally available specifically designed steel transport frame.
The RP70A stressor has a 70-tonne pulling and 35-tonne pushing capacity while holding the rail in neutral size in the course of the thermite welding course of.
