The CR 3100 control valve from Circor is customisable with a number of internal choices and standardised elements and accessories, chopping inventory and maintenance prices. Trims are simply interchangeable as process circumstances and requirements change.
CIR 3100 is suitable for throttling and on-off control of a fluid move such as gas, steam, water or chemical compounds to compensate for the load disturbance and helps to maintain the regulated course of variable as close as potential to the specified set level.
The control valves are specifically designed for both high and low pressure drop service. Pressure drop, excessive velocities and throttling happen only at the cage window and the plug, which protects the seat ring and presents tight shut-off capability to the valve. A Class V leakage possibility is available for high temperature applications.
The CIR3100 control valve has certifications which include Indian Boiler Regulation (IBR), PED & CE, and TSG-China and the company is continuous to improve the sizes and pressure ranges to cater to buyer demands.
