Dover has entered into a definitive settlement to amass Malema Engineering Corp, a US designer and producer of high-precision, mission-critical flow-measurement and management instruments for the biopharmaceutical, semiconductor and industrial sectors.

Malema’s products will increase Dover’s biopharma single-use production providing, which already includes Quattroflow pumps, CPC connectors, and em-tec flowmeters.
Based in Boca Raton, Florida, and with facilities in San Jose, California, Singapore, South Korea and India, Malema expects to generate approximately US$40 million–45 million in income in the course of the full 12 months 2022.
When the deal closes, Malema will turn out to be part of the PSG enterprise unit within Dover’s Pumps & Process Solutions section.
