Unlike diaphragm, rotary lobe, and PC pumps, the peristaltic design of the Watson Marlow Bredel hose pumps accommodates no shifting parts that come into contact with the product. เกจวัดความดันน้ำ has no seals, ball-checks, diaphragms, glands, immersed rotors, stators or pistons to leak, clog, corrode or substitute.
Bredel hose pumps also eliminate the necessity for ancillary tools corresponding to dry run protection, seal water flush techniques and in-line examine valves. A hose change takes solely minutes and may be performed in-situ with out special tools or skilled personnel.
The pumped fluid is completely contained in a long-life hose, protecting operation and maintenance personnel and the surroundings from undesirable spillages or exposure to chemicals. Flow is completely independent of suction and discharge circumstances. The Bredel hose is precision machined to make sure flow stability and pump efficiency in robust fluid handling purposes.
These industrial pumps achieve flow charges up to 475 GPM, transferring as a lot as 80% solids in suspension.
