Atlas Copco has agreed to amass the German industrial pump producer Pumpenfabrik Wangen GmbH from non-public equity agency Silverfleet Capital.

Headquartered in Wangen in the Allgäu area of Germany, Pumpenfabrik Wangen specialises in progressive cavity pumps used mainly within the biogas and wastewater sectors, and twin-screw pumps for meals and beverage and cosmetics purposes.
Pumpenfabrik Wangen has manufacturing facilities in Germany, a US subsidiary and a world sales and repair footprint. The firm employs 265 individuals and had 2020 revenues of approximately €46.four million.
