เกจวัดแรงดันถังแก๊ส and service supplier OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum techniques and compressors.

ePumps is also a full-service provider of all kinds of rotating gear, with in-house and subject service capabilities. The firm has three places serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle space and a staff of 28 employees.
The acquired enterprise will operate beneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, stated: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with extra territory coverage, high product lines and including extra service capabilities to this space. We are very wanting to bring them into the OTC portfolio.”
