Atlas Copco has agreed to amass National Vacuum Equipment Inc, a US producer of business vacuum pumps and packages for cell use on tanker trucks.

“The acquisition will add to our vacuum options portfolio, allowing us to enter the currently untapped cellular vacuum market,’’ mentioned Geert Follens, Atlas Copco‘s Business Area President Vacuum Technique.
When the acquisition closes, National Vacuum will turn out to be a part of the Industrial Vacuum Division, within Atlas Copco’s Vacuum Technique business area.
