Industrial Flow Solutions is shopping for Dreno Pompe, a designer and manufacturer of electrical submersible pumps for wastewater purposes, based in Monselice in northeastern Italy.

A portfolio firm of personal equity agency May River Capital, Industrial Flow Solutions specialises in pumping and fluid administration options for harsh, rugged environments. The firm, which is headquartered in New Haven, Connecticut, USA, is home to BJM Pumps merchandise, Stancor pumps and controls, OverWatch direct in-line pump systems and the Oil Minder pump and control answer, as properly as Scotland-based Clearwater Controls which it acquired final October.
Founded in 1990, Dreno Pompe designs and manufactures submersible pumps and mixers as properly as accessories required for set up.
