A Thai man suspected of serial dine-and-dashing focused two local Pattaya eating places this month, leaving unsuspecting people to foot the invoice. Posing as a soldier from Naresuan Camp, the fraudster would arrange a pretend enterprise assembly at the restaurant, devour a meal, and then quietly disappear.
